you need Vaughn Thomas from Waynesboro.  Played with the Statler Bros. for around 12 years.  Man can play anything. Doesn't drink, doesn't smoke, no ego

Hello,

I'm a professional guitarist that has toured in the country genre, done studio work etc. I can play lead but I specialize in rhythm section and support work. I play acoustic, electric and mandolin. I dabble with keys as well. I can sing lead and harmony. Pro equipment and attitude.

Please send contact info so we can discuss further to Mark T at fishmanpa@netzero.net

Hey there. Where are you folks rehearsing? I'm in Harrisonburg. I live to play telecaster and I like to play acoustic and mandolin as well. I can sing harmony. My gear is simple but solid and plenty enough to do a professional job (2 good teles, a small collection of good effects and a peavey bandit that's big as a house). I have lots and lots of stage experience and a pretty good bit of time in the studio.

I'm not well versed in current country but I have played some.....I love to play the stuff....I'm more familiar with classic country and classic rock, but I know those are the skills you need for contemporary country.

I'm 47 but I only look about 45 (that's a joke son) and I'm told I clean up for stage real nice. I don't drink or drug at all. Don't mind being around moderate folks who do (you run into such folks in music). I show up on time and learn the parts. No drama and way not flaky.

I would be very interested to audition with y'all.

thanks

Danny Dolinger

We are an established working regional band retooling to make a push towards the national stage. We are an original modern country act; we play mainly modern top 40 covers, and a hand full of classics to supplement our original material. We have gigs on the books up to 2010, and have a lot of national act openings as well this summer. We typically practice once a week and gig 6-10 times a month, sometimes more.

We are seeking a lead guitar player, and a utility player-(rhythm guitar, mandolin, steel, keys ETC) Vocal harmony ability is an absolute must have! You must also have professional playing ability, the ability to record, professional equipment, appearance and attitude, song writing ability is a bonus. We are very serious and very dedicated to making this a living. If you do not have the drive or ability to commit to a project like this please dont waste either of our time. If this is something you think is a good fit for you please contact us immediately. Last but not least drunks/druggies will not be tolerated!

Keep the time use a  Metronome
