hey.
im in Harrisonburg area. im not a professional but i do have a voice. i did wedding gigs and lead church worship before for 4 years. My voice leads more in the direction of POP. People have told me i sound like kelley Clarkson, Natalie Grant, and Nichole C. Mullin-(sang Tony Braxton-unbreak my heart once 2) if you like how they sound you will like me. I am a young musician who is putting the finishing touches on his first self-produced EP. The music has all been written and recorded, all that's left is vocals. However, wanting my recordings to sound as good as possible, I have elected to pass vocal duties off to someone more qualified. Here's what I'm after: 

-Guy or girl, doesn't particularly matter, as long as you have a decent range. A voice with some grit would be nice, but that can also soar when the song calls for it. 

-Work ethic and patience. I'm a perfectionist, so expect to do multiple takes if the song needs it. I'll tell you when I'm not satisfied with something, so if it sounds bad we do it again. Simple as that. Be patient with me! 

-As of now, I'm not looking to gig this stuff in the near future. However, if things go well, I'm constantly recording and writing. It'd be nice to have a great voice that is always there when I need it. :) 

-There won't be any sort of monetary compensation for this. I will sell some if there appears to be a demand, but my goal is to earn back at least the cost of supplies to package the CDs myself. I will, however, treat you to dinner somewhere once the project is done! I am also very generous with the drinks and sodas in my fridge and, while free, the water from my tap. :p 

-The music itself I would consider to be alternative rock. I like sounds, I have a string arrangement or two, whatever the song needs and whatever I felt like at that particular moment. 

Now that I've rambled on enough, contact me if you're interested! I'd like to think I'm easy to get along with, plus it'll be fun to get involved in a homemade, DIY music project. :)
